Frank is the
author of the Commercial Contracts
for Managers series of books.
He has worked in the private practice of law since
1986. Since 1996 he has worked with a number of multi-national
corporations both in Europe and in the Asia-Pacific
region.
As an international corporate lawyer, speaker and consultant,
he has reviewed thousands of significant commercial
agreements and has seen, first hand, the damage that
organisations suffer when proper care is not exercised
in negotiating and correctly documenting contract terms.
He has also conducted and managed hundreds of millions
of dollars of litigation caused by such lack of care.
Frank has been involved in a broad range of commercial
transactions from the sale of international groups of companies to simple confidentiality
agreements, and much else in between. He has also assisted
organisations with:

- Electrical distribution and consumer goods businesses
for a Dutch multinational, having represented well-known
brands such as JVC, Polaroid, Minolta, Smeg, Blanco,
Kenwood, JAG, Timex, Filofax, GE and Dimplex
- IT distribution for the world's largest IT distributor
He is invited to speak at major industry forums in a number of countries on the topic of commercial contracts and on other legal and risk management areas.
In addition to his qualifications as a lawyer, Frank
has an MBA and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered
Secretaries and Administrators. He is also a Notary
Public.
